Orders and Payments

The online store accessed through www.frono.uk is operated by Shatchi Ltd, trading as Frono Any purchases you make through the store are governed Frono’s terms, conditions and policies, which you can access from their website. Such terms, conditions, and policies, and any obligations or representations associated with such purchases, are solely between you and Frono. We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access directly on this website; therefore please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement, and confirmation for your own records.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Cancellation & Returns

In accordance with the distance selling regulations, you can cancel your order any time up to 14 days after you have had delivery of your product(s). If you do decide you no longer require your products we will be happy to have it returned to us. The item must be in its original wrapping, unopened and in the condition it was received. It is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost. Please Note: By installing or using the product in any way you are accepting your order and therefore we cannot accept a return unless the item is found to be operationally faulty.

If you find your item to be faulty in any way, please contact us immediately so that we can help to remedy this for you. Depending on the fault (for example, cosmetic damage or operational fault) depends on the course of action – we can discuss this fully with you and ensure you are happy with your purchase.

Frono have tried to display all colours accurately but browser software and monitor displays may sometimes cause colour variations and we cannot be responsible for any discrepancies between the image and the actual product.

Warranty & Warranty Claims

All warranty enquiries and claims are handled by the dedicated Frono Aftersales team.

Frono has been manufactured with reliability and simplicity in mind. All products have been inspected and found free of defects prior to leaving the factory. Frono warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and Frono requires presentation of the original proof of purchase to ascertain the date. During the warranty period, Frono will either repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective products. Replacement products or repaired parts will be warranted for only the unexpired portion of the original warranty.

Shipping Policy
Consumers are responsible for the shipping/freight when returning the defective parts to Frono.

• This limited warranty does not apply to any defect resulting from negligence, accident, misuse, or any other reason beyond Frono’s reasonable control, included but not limited to: normal wear and tear, negligence or failure to follow the product instructions, improper or inadequate maintenance; connection to an improper power supply; chemical water damage, loss of pool water, unauthorized product modification or repair; use for commercial purposes; fire, lightning, flood or other external causes.
• This warranty is valid only for the purchases from www.frono.uk and authorised UK retailers. with such countries where Frono sells and services the same model with identical technical specifications. Warranty service outside the country of purchase is limited to the terms and conditions of the corresponding warranty in the country of service. Where the cost of repairs or replacement is not covered by this warranty, Frono will advise the owners and the cost shall be charged to the owner.
• This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and terminates upon any transfer of ownership.
• All repairs for which warranty claims are made must be pre-authorized by Frono provided that the defective part be returned to the Frono, postage paid by the customer.
• The authorized selling dealer is responsible for all in-field service work carried out on your Frono product. Frono will not be liable for the cost of any workmanship carried out by an unauthorized service person.
• Frono products are produced for the domestic market and are not made for commercial use. Any commercial use invalidates the warranty. This is our policy for all individuals, hot tub hire and event companies that use Frono products. Please note that there are risks associated with providing bathing water for use by the public and we strongly recommend the use of suitable water treatment and training in the use of such treatments. Warranty Registration

Please Always keep the purchase receipt. All claims must be submitted to Frono. It is essential that all submitted claims provide all the necessary information, including Customer name, Purchase receipt, Serial No., Product No., Problem, and Parts requested.
